VO2 Max Test Munich — Direct Aerobic Capacity Measurement

Direct laboratory VO2 max measurement at Valorform Munich using a ramp protocol. Written report with VO2 max score, age-graded percentile, ventilatory thresholds and derived training zones.

What VO2 Max Means

VO2 max is how much oxygen your body can use each minute. It sets the ceiling on your endurance. A higher value means you recover faster between sprints. In football that shows up in the last twenty minutes of a match.

How the Test Works

You run or cycle while the effort rises step by step. A mask measures every breath. The test lasts around ten to fifteen minutes. It is hard but safe, and a coach is with you the whole time.

What You Do With the Number

The test also gives your ventilatory thresholds. Those set your training zones. Most athletes gain ten to twenty percent in eight to twelve weeks of the right work. That work is a mix of easy volume and short hard intervals.
